SWEET!!! We have secured a location for the wedding! In talking with Jon S. we have secured the park being built above Cosentino’s Market downtown FOR SURE on July 3rd for our wedding! I am so excited I could scream! They will provide power and wi-fi will be available too, making my plan come together nicely.

Here are my ideas: I want to have an upload station for people to upload their pics/video on the spot. How can I make this happen? Do I ask my guests to bring their cords with them? Hmmm, I need help on this one.
Also, I want a photobooth-type situation, with a really cool vintage couch and props for people to experiment with in taking their pictures. Is that silly? We’ll be on a rooftop with the Power and Light district in the background and of course fireworks at 9pm so photos should just make themselves.
I really am too excited about this!
Happy Valentines Day post to you too. Shit if we aren’t there in person, we will fo sure be info highway style. You effin rock sista.

What about a card reader for uploads?
Hillary congrats! You know I love the photobooth idea- U.S. Toy & Dottie Mae’s will be your best friends for the props! I think it’d be so fun to be able to upload the pictures on the spot- great idea! I’d have one delegated camera on a tripod for the photobooth, and have that hooked up to a laptop. TaraCuda- great idea on the card reader for the other people’s cameras! We could decorate the laptop with little birds to play into your theme! You might also think about having a cheap little photo printer to print out pics on the spot…
Hi Hillary..what if you ask flip camera to give a discount for people buying cameras. When people you have invited give your name and date and if there are say 100 camera’s bought they could contribute or give you some kinda kick back..or donate…just a thought;o) Hope we can make it and…I already have a flip camera so I’ll for sure bring it!
You can get a device that hooks into the usb in your computer that takes multiple cards.
Got a link to a good one? I’ll hit the Microcenter this weekend to see if I can find one. Thanks!
